Whether you want a dynamic interactive keynote, a
practical half-day roll-up-your-sleeves workshop, or a customized team
relationship development retreat, you get what you want with Cher Holton.
Few professionals are so uniquely qualified to combine the skills of
speaker, trainer, author, and group facilitator into one dynamic bundle of
energy. Cher’s name is an acronym for her mission: Creating Hope,
Enthusiasm, & Results. Since 1984, she has been bringing her special spirit
of dynamic energy, effervescent joy, and practical tips to every experience
she offers.
As a choreographer of Work and Life Enrichment, Cher’s focus is to lead,
guide, and inspire people to live and work joyfully and productively at the
speed of life … one choice at a time. As your Impact Consultant of Choice,
Cher goes way beyond the typical keynote speaker; she integrates the “real
world” experiences of her clients with her own on-going research to create
unique solutions to the situations facing her audiences. Every program is
customized to address the specific needs and style preferences of the
audience. (If she doesn’t think she is right for your audience, she will be
the first to say so – and refer someone else who is a better fit!)
Cher is among a handful of professionals world-wide who have earned both
the CSP (Certified Speaking Professional) and the CMC (Certified Management
Consultant) designations. She adds value with her many books and products,
including the award-winning Manager’s Short Course to a Long Career
(selected as one of the top 30 business books by Soundview Executive
Summaries) and her more recent best-seller, Living at the Speed of Life:
Staying in Control in a World Gone Bonkers!
Cher’s diverse client list includes Fortune 500 companies, healthcare
organizations, government agencies, educational institutions, national
associations, and small businesses. Cher is past president of NSA/Carolinas
(formerly known as Carolinas Speakers Association); past Board Member of
the American Society of Training & Development, American Cancer Society,

Testimonials:
“WOW! FANTASTIC! GREAT JOB! What can I say? You did a super job and
everyone loved you. Your presentations were wonderful—engaging, lively, and
full of great information that the volunteers could take with them and use
daily. I do believe the meeting was the best we have ever had in 33 years.”
–Sue Pittman, ElecTel Cooperative Credit Union
“Your “Teaming Up for Success” sessions allowed our staff at the leadership
level to begin a dialogue with each other as leaders of the organization,
recognize each other’s role as leaders, and address their responsibility to
the organization. The pace was perfect—enough time spent on a topic without
skimming over anything or getting bogged down. You read the group very well
in terms of personalities, participation, attention span, etc. Everyone had
opportunities to participate. You never lost control of the group, but
never controlled the group. … I want to reiterate what an outstanding job
you did of facilitating this group! Thank you!” — Wlodek Zaryczny,
MSA, MSLS, Beaufort County Library System
“Thank you for coming to speak with our staff during our employee
appreciation week festivities. … You have a real gift for bringing energy
and passion to your presentation. The subject matter was perfect for our
work environment. … I hope we can call on your services again in the
future.” —Laura Whitehead, United States Bankruptcy
Court
“I was impressed by how quickly you were able to build rapport with my team
members. Your preparation was excellent. Your skills in conducting the team
building “Retreat Forward” were critical to its success. The exercises were
challenging, fun and educational. They were specific to business issues and
team dynamics. I was impressed! By the way, I would recommend this to
other Siemens business units or other outside potential customers. Feel
free to use me as a reference.” --Tom Kiser, Siemens
“The research you did really hit home . . . your program was so focused on
our cultural and work issues . . . you really do “walk-the-talk” and have
become a legend and a role model here.” --Greg Crouse, Office Depot
